1. Introduction

Welcome to VatnerPro, accessible at vatnerpro.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms. All offerings are aimed at assisting travelers residing outside Canada with VAT reimbursement processes.

2. Scope of Services

VatnerPro provides three types of offerings: professional engagements, digital guides and templates, and physical items related to VAT reimbursement management for eligible visitors.

3. Professional Services

These services include assistance with VAT claim submissions, documentation review, and liaison with customs authorities. Fees are outlined during registration and must be settled prior to commencement.

3.1 Eligibility and Processing

Clients must hold valid receipts from eligible purchases made abroad. Processing begins upon receipt of completed forms and supporting records. Standard processing time ranges from 30 to 60 days.

3.2 Reimbursement Policy

Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment method via electronic transfer or cheque within 14 business days after final approval. If the original method is unavailable, a cheque by postal dispatch will be provided. VatnerPro is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Clients must supply accurate dispatch details before initiation.

3.3 Scheduling Adjustments

Service appointments may be modified once at no cost if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Subsequent changes may incur additional service charges and are subject to availability.

3.4 No-Reimbursement Circumstances

Cancellations made after document submission or after customs liaison commencement are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation. This policy ensures all engagements proceed with full commitment to client affairs.

4. Digital Guides and Templates

These infoproducts include downloadable manuals, checklists, and forms designed to help travelers file VAT reimbursement requests independently. All digital items are delivered instantly upon purchase.

4.1 Trial and Reimbursement

Clients may request a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of acquiring a digital product, provided no downloadable content has been accessed. If content has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final due to immediate delivery. Reimbursements are processed via the original method within 7 business days.

5. Physical Goods

Our online store offers stationery kits and document organizers to assist with VAT reimbursement recordkeeping.

5.1 Shipment and Receipt

Items are shipped within 5 business days. Tracking details will be emailed to the buyer.

5.2 Quality Assurance and Send-Backs

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, clients may send back the item within 30 calendar days for examination. Approved replacements or reimbursements are processed via the original method within 14 business days after receipt at our premises. Clients are responsible for arranging secure transit of send-back packages.

5.3 No-Reimbursement Circumstances

Orders canceled after dispatch or items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for reimbursement. This measure protects our logistics commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

VatnerPro will not be held liable for delays or refusals by customs authorities. Our maximum obligation is limited to reimbursement of fees paid for the specific engagement at vatnerpro.com.
